Lot #36B, Pinecrest is by far the furthest along in the community and likely to be the first completed.

Spec Homes Under Construction

Trusses on spec homes are coming up. These homes will be sold as completed homes when completed. Lots of traffic in Phase I with construction crews working. A few more homes have broken ground.

Lot 19A broke ground and is now ready to have it's slab poured.
