Concrete Jungle

The big bad wolf won't be able to blow these down. Reinforced block over block construction means concrete is poured down the cinder blocks from the top to add strength. Here's a shot of it being poured down from the second floor.

Rain may have slowed things down a bit, but work continues!

It seems every day has something new to offer! Three homes have their walls coming up and a third has the bricks ready to go up!

It takes a full day for the slab to dry before the cuts are made. It turns white and looks sandy.

Foundation has been poured on a few homes

Quite a few homes have their foundations completed. Be careful, when the cement is dark in color - it's still a little soft, so resist the urge to walk!
